How much is shipping?

$3 per pair within Canada (no tracking number). Shipping rates outside of Canada are determined by Canada Post at the checkout (depending on weight of package).

Can I return or exchange my boxers?

Unfortunately, we have a no return policy for our boxers for sanitary reasons. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your order (wrong size, manufacturing defect) please contact us immediately with photos so that we can assist you on a case-by-case basis. 

I haven't received my package yet, can you track it for me?

Orders shipped within Canada do not have tracking numbers unless you pay for Expedited Shipping at the checkout. Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers or updates for untracked items (letter mail), so we're not able to track down your order once it's been shipped. Expedited parcels will receive a tracking number in a shipping confirmation e-mail.  

My package hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Once your order is shipped, Dee Silkie no longer assumes responsibility for merchandise delivery (such as delays). If you are concerned about receiving your boxers in a timely fashion, or want the added security of a tracking number, we strongly encourage you to purchase Expedited Shipping. All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. For any delivery issues (such as lost packages or damaged packages) please contact Canada Post directly, with your tracking number.

How long do packages usually take to ship?

Shipping within Canada (standard letter mail) can take 3-10 business days on average. Canada Post does not deliver parcels on weekends or holidays. For orders to the USA, please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping. For international orders, please allow up to 8 weeks. Expedited Shipping (with tracking) within Canada typically takes 2-5 business days. Expedited Shipping internationally usually takes 1-3 weeks.
